Graphite Series
Wild Creek Rods are of high modular graphite selected for their confident medium to fast action with a superb casting ability for both close and distance presentation. Their lightweight yet strong construction enables an ease of use all day, with the assurance of strength when you need it.
A highly attractive deep cherry brown blank is complimented by burled hardwood timber reel seats, quality reel fittings, guides and tip. Extra fine cork handles are equally impressive with comfortable diameter half wels. The added fold down fly saver is a thoughtful touch. Each rod is inscribed after a noted stream or river from the Victorian and NSW High Country.
All Wild Creek Rods come in a hard canvas embroidered rod tube with rod sock.
Tubes are available in 2 piece and 4 piece travel lengths to purchase separately at a cost of $55 plus postage.

The Penstock - 9’6” 5wt (4 piece)
One of the most exciting lake and windlaning rods you will ever cast. Built to my own Wild Creek specifications this is a superb medium/fast dry fly/nymphing rod that returns the pleasure of casting to lakes. This is the rod for that supping dun feeder, striking that midging boil at distance and teasing that tadpoling tailer amongst the tussocks. The extra length allows ultimate control, yet blended as a 5wt this is a rod of superb balance and comfort. You just wont want to put it down!

The Swampy – 9’ 6wt (4 piece)
This is the ideal open river rod for control and sheer casting enjoyment. It also doubles as an extremely capable lake rod and travel rod for New Zealand or Tasmania. Superb casting ability and a joy to fish.
